During this free 10-minute consultation, we will especially listen carefully to your story and needs. Then we will help you determine the best and cheapest option for you to choose with us.

You can then choose to consult us via a video meeting that lasts maximum 1 hour. If it is more convenient for your case to split that 1 hour into 2 times 30 minutes, we are flexible.

The hourly rate for this is EUR 151.25 (incl. VAT).

Since your privacy and GDPR are 2 top priorities for us, our video meetings are organized using the secure communication system of the respectable Ghent company Vectera.

For most cases, our office will certainly be the right choice. If your case is not part of our speciality, we will gladly refer you freely to one of our friendly colleagues who are spread over all provinces. They can then help you with your questions about family law, traffic law or other matters.
Pro Deo/ Pro Bono. ​
In Belgium there is a system of free legal assistance that is financed by the Belgian government with relatively modest fees.
​
This system is better known as the "Pro Bono" system in accordance with the vade mecum that is published every year by the Bar Association from the 1st of September on.
​
Our office works for 90% on the basis of this free second-line legal assistance, but only for asylum seekers (persons who have applied for international protection) who stay in a Reception Center during their first asylum application.​
Customized Packages.​
If the file is not free of charge, because the client is not entitled to second-line legal assistance, a final amount for the procedure will be determined during the very first consultation.

In addition to the fee, this clear final amount of the total package (including VAT of 21%) also includes office costs.

To avoid discussions, we do not work with provisions on the one hand, and on the other hand, the client has the absolute guarantee that no additional amounts will be requested from him/her.
